Baritocracy and the Problem of Opportunity Hoarding
If the state were prepared to outlaw private schools or rip children out of their birth families then it could stop this dynastic transmission of privilege through aritocracy. But so long as the state is unwilling todo those things, then there's very little it can do. The only way to do that is to intrude in families in ways which other principles of justice reject. I don't believe that it's impossible to step in and compensate for a the problem of opportunity hoarding without interfering with other principle of justice.
