I wonder whether, as we know, ber of justices are gunning for overturning chavron. Will we see a similar strategy of trying to kind of avoid the ultimate question of chavron's fate? I think you both just make such powerful cases for the costs of that strategy. Youo, there are lessons, not only about the costs of strategies that don't work, but also about the virtues of dissent.
