How to Make Positive Changes in Your Life
If you want to become a good language learner, don't make this huge study routine that's going to be impossible to stick to. Do something small that you can do today to help your English journey. If you are not doing anything to study English, apart from listening to this podcast, of course, maybe you could do something really small. Just tidy your desk, make your desk clear and ready to study. That could be your task for today. And then the next time, maybe tomorrow, you can open your book and you can write one sentence in English. You're kind of developing the habit of studying. Now here's a good expression that we could use related to change.
