It's the compliance aspect of things. How can we maintain compliance if we have 500 apts that would do the same function, but theyre being cross used across the departments, users and locations? I think it's also really important to not cut corners by using inconsistent experiences. Something that i've heard in talking to and use your employees is that when an organization tries to elimit their budget by having only a few specific groups on perhaps a more premium application, you end up getting this huge disconnected between different teams. And that can create really bad experiences and really reduce colloporation in an organization.
