Having a plan is a very good idea like I know I've been buying coffee there for since 2008 and in the beginning it was quite confusing. When you go down there there's a table of let's say 100 coffees just you're just looking for that fruity one and it's not thereNothing tastes fruity so I'm more looking for like sweetness mouthfeel cleanliness acidity structure these kind of things.
