There are membrane less, there are organelles with no membranes, these are called droplets, molecular cluster droplets. lipids were just beginning to learn about, everything we know has been about proteins,. The brain is more than half lipids, and the lipids, the endocannabinoids are lipids, all the signaling is through poofus, through short-chain fatty acid, those are lipids.
