Judge Radoffski's Memo to the Judge

David Bianculli: I love the invitation to the amicus briefs because it says something about the judge that he wants to hear from more views. There's a mentoring aspect here. He also like the younger than seven years, which is under the threshold of any partnership track and any major law firm. But as you said, David, this is good because even at those times where you're allowed to be the primary drafter on something to a judge, your boss wants oral argument time too. So congrats, Judge Radoffski. This is exactly the type of person I know you to be through and through.
