There's no way around the problem of hacking, he says. There are so many political vulnerabilities in our up code stack that we might want to address. We should be changing the incentives that human beings have To write certain types of code and to work with digital systems all the time. The solution is not requiring users to do anything but rather forcing organizations to protect us as opposed to them doing it ourselves.
