i'm really interested in how you've built trust in your team, how you sustain that in this kind of volatile environment. So i think it starts with, mean idi, some of the people that kind of assembled around me, wheren't, i wasn't chosen. But i think it starting your people in public health and people in working in government, the by an large, people are here to do the right thing, to serve people.
