How Important Is Movement to Community?
How important is movement to community? We're talking about training, sport, moving your body. I think that sometimes that is the lowest level of something, just getting somebody to go on a walk, right? Can be so healing. And again, resilience comes through doing hard things and getting through them. So if we are putting our imposing upon our bodies in the weight room or on the field or wherever you might be training ... it's not overstated how important it is.
