The Negative Effects of the NGO Sector Human Rights Organizations
The real work of organizing to make change is still sitting with the NGO sector human rights organizations. The civil society groups, yes, they're well organized, well, bureaucratic structure. They've got the shock absorbers and the stamina for any advocacy efforts. But they also need some form of organization as well. And I think some of the mistakes, you know, that the entire movement made me. I wish they had listened to the experience for the old civic activists. We could have done more.
