I think the motivation comes from I mean to be honest it comes from my followers because I get so many messages and like this isn't even one of those influencer things we say are so many people ask me this question. Yeah yeah that's where you see the positives that social media can have bringing people together who may be previously didn't have someone that could keep them accountable. Now they've got a community of ladies who sort of had those same goals and they can relate to that.Yeah 100% and so with such a busy schedule because honestly I just don't even know how you do it.
