We have these sort of so what thoughts underneath the need to get everything done? And instead of looking for a planner, I'd really invite you to just dig out what those thoughts are. Why is it a problem that you're not doing everything on your to-do list? What are you making that mean? This is where we need to sit, and the reason we look for planners is because it's not very comfortable to stick here. It's been an ongoing process for me and it's something that has enormously helped.
