I was going to ask Lynn about specifically the bank term funding program. And it seems like the part of that program that raised a lot of eyebrows is the fact that these banks could post underwater bonds as collateral for loans, but then the bonds would be valued at base value or at PAR. Well, I think a lot of that is to help. That's kind of an added perk to keep the facility useful. It's still a rather prohibitive facility when you look at the funding cost of it. Right.
