If anybody develops nero toxicity while they are on iphosphomide we use methyline blue as the antidote. And then cyclophospomite is known to call us hemorrhagic sistitis. That's because of this bi called acroline that develops when the drug is metabilized. But neuropathy really is the big one on this, and that tends to be the dose limiting toxicity.
