Belinda and Giselle's Disgusting Condition

Belinda thought perhaps she had gotten off lightly at the Shagathon. But why was Tony so happy? Giselle was his girl and she seemed to be in a bit of a state. She soon spotted Bella, who didn't look much better than Giselle. Though her hair was intact, her outfit was sporting half a dozen safety pins. Where is everybody getting these safety pins from? And why had no one offered them to Belinda?
