CEO Leverage

Many CEOs have this problem, which is kind of your founder. You don't really know what you're doing yet. So you're very open to input from the super senior accomplished executives that you bring into higher right so you go. Oh yeah, I really want to learn about that and then they take it,. They take that openness and use it to basically manipulate you. And there are certain things that you just can't be open to when you're CEO. Like if somebody says, well, you know, like I think professional services could go under me unless you're going to give that person professional services.
