China's Military Presence in the Regions

One of the things that was really interesting to me is that despite significant economic investment as you said from china in those regions it has not followed through with security services. The russians still had enormous presence with the fsb and other intelligence assets in those regions obviously in deep military cooperation as well. Do you see that changing at all or do you still see china's influence being limited to to economics and trade what they are starting a little bit they are trying to get into to jicke ston for example training police forces and what not establishing a little presence.
