The Climate Deal, by Amory Slaughter

The president's biggest wins came when he didn't do that. The Paris climate accord, despite what happened to it afterwards, i think it's wonderful. Amory slaughter wrote a great essay on foreign policy and she basely starts off by saying you ought to hate the deal because it isn't binding. I think it is wonderful and really helpful because it is not binding. It is open ended. It allows people papapa.
