The Heart and Soul of the Data Generation

Anybody who is using data seeking the facts, trying to find truth and get the data right and then apply those facts qualifies as a member of the data generation. A grandmother shows up at a school board meeting and she says, well, what is this really going to do for the kids? And she stays on them. Right? So I've lead to accountability in politics at that level. Okay. Well, so most people just kind of grouse about it, right? So I'll manage, but doesn't get one thing or another. But almost every single one of them has had an idea for how to make things better at work. You know, and I see your smiling.
