A lot of agencies have kind of divide employees into cost center employees and employees that generate revenue. I wonder if being employee owned, you know, some of it is, well, let's make the company run as smoothly as possible. Even if that means those budgets are bigger or like experiments,. Like Tuckboat was kind of an internal project that became something that a little about do those types of experiments and initiatives become easier and in ESOP as well.
