If you're uneconomical, you're going to waste energy. And you've got to have a high aneroby threshold as a percentage of your vo two max. Had bill rogers not had a vio to max o 78, we would have never heard of him, because his efficiency was terrible. So we have to tix all this stuff to make somebody into a good athlete. It can't just be one. It's the combination of all three.
