how did you change your own navigation after of the lookdown? Well, it is a not a surprising answer. But my, my work, finishing my new writing, my new book, was my anchor. I mean, we in my relationship, it got quite difficult. Now much better again, for for a while. Thet beginning months of the logdown were very difficult because we are not the kind of couple, we never were, who are constantly together.
