The Importance of Speaking Slowly and Pausing

i always think of my dad when i think about boring stories, because my dad used to give too much detail. Stick to the story and make sure you're hitting the important points of the story. And one thing that adrian underhill said on your podcast was the importance of speaking slowly and pausing. It ma so much sense. I've been using that with my students on line to help them with disfluences.
