We think, after the crouch report, that it almost certainly. But what it aps turns out to be in practice, we're yet to see. Fans are saying they'd like to see more meaningful financial fair play or plus one ownership. I'm not getting a sense that the vast majority found simply want a mega wealthy owner of whatever background to come in and buy them trophies. We don't know actually, whether the regulator is going to come into existence. So far, on balance, from the replies so far, it's quite heartening that a lot of people want football to be fairer and better.
