i love what you said there, because for me, i just liked to let people bring it back to simple thinking. We're so far removed from ancestral principles, from anthropology, from paleo ethnography, and we don't understand how our ancestors lived. But when you think about it, all these plant foods at the sky head listed as the best plant foods for mental health are things we would never have eaten as humans. And that's not evolutionarily consistent at all. It makes no sense. And i think it ends up hurting people. For i have watif issues with the low oxlate vegetables. I was starting to live on cabbage family plus meat, and it wasn't working
