Tuberous sclerosis will develop hypopigmented, what we call ash leaf macules. Some rare phenotypes of cutaneous lymphoma are incredibly uncommon in kids. And then there's some interesting, more serious acquired things like tuberculid leprosy and oncocerciasis.
