Can You Have Change Without Change?

Coaches get caught up with thinking they should be changing because it's been five weeks or six weeks of squatting when... Well, you've got to look at it, and especially if it's in season or there's only two lifts a week. And the other argument is, well, you could go to a front squat and you're still achieving the same thing. So that's where you can have change without change. But I also think the other extremes, true, where you can't just plug and play and expect to them to be stimulated. I think as a coach, you have to create that stimulus. Also important to probably speak to as well is that's on field conditioning
