i want to get to a point where if something makes me upset, if some one makes me angry, i want to be able to train my mind for like, ten seconds. I think once you kind of start thinking about how much your mind can affect your daily life, it's like, you can't go back as addictive. There's no harm from learning yourself about yourself.
