There's a high profile lawsuit right now against the nfl, charging that that system's still stacked against black coaches. Does i think brian flores, the coach who filed the lawsuit, is an enormously courageous person? It's going to hurt his career, no question. But just as if you followed baseball, that wasa african American player named kurt flood 50 years ago who challenged the rules against free agency. So all these guys are making a lot of money to day, they owe it to kurt flood.

Ken Frazier, the longtime CEO of pharmaceutical giant Merck, was one of the few Black CEOs at the top of Corporate America. Now as an adviser at General Catalyst and co-founder of the social impact organization OneTen, he’s re-shaping how business addresses racial and health equity.
