How Do You Choose the Number That You Want to Hit?
A video conference is one of the great democratizing tools listening as you can literally not only hear from everybody, but everybody can hear from themselves. So when i run keynote or a workshop, i will almost always start with ome, some question that invites people to check in on how they want to show up. N som, i'll go on account of a score of one to seven. How focused would you like to be during this one hour together? And then i'll go, here's my request. Whenever number you've chosen, and i don't mind, make one adjustment to your environment that will help you get to the number that you want to hit.
