How Did You Plot Out the Sound Design?

I think when i've dabbled in a few mediums, and when i first do it, that's often the most exciting part of it, is trying to take advantage of the new medium. Something's different, and then everything you've learned up until that point changes. I didn't really need to outline it, i don't think i could.
