The Importance of Time and Interest in Intelligence
Brett: The argument that somebody who has Down syndrome that it's only about their time and interest is a really hard argument to get behind. They would argue that due to universal computational universality those are the only possible capacity differences between humans because they could have different brains. But in practice we shouldn't expect to see that as human brains are not like cpu's there's no more's law of human brains going on, Brett says.
