What Makes for a Data Scientist?
EA orgs have been in a position where they could make someone an offer not because they have non-just because they have you know impressive credentials and thing but because they have taken the initiative to just put together some projects on their own steam. For me it's much more useful to hire someone who knows one language really well, especially if it's Python rather than someone who knows like three of them in a way that's not really useful as they need to constantly check what they're doing.
