How to Shoulder Responsibility in a Team in Graduate School

There's always one person that shoulders more responsibility, unfortunately. If you let them, someone's just going to have their name on the project and they're not going to do a lot because they're busy. So we've got to assign those tasks so that the work is equally dispersed. And it's actually a great way to compliment someone who shouldered something well.
