How to Optimize Your Heat Training Process

I'm not aware of this investigating this on hemoglobin mass but maybe you know some. But yeah, I think in terms of heat training. Is there anybody that would for whom that would be a good option and is it more for let's say performance in hot conditions or is that also when it's been researched as it also been researched in terms of improving performance in temperate conditions and potentially improving hemoglobin mass and so on.
