Is There a Better Way to Deal With Addictions?

I just like would love to experience the world again, because sometimes it just feels so insular. Like I used to be able to do so much more in a day than I can do now. The whole day kind of stretches ahead of you and you're like, I'm just here all day. There's nothing to break up my day. Eliza's room is the only one that gets sunlight. So we love that too. You can come in and hang out anytime. But yeah, somebody just feels soinsular. And I feel like I'm just locked into my screen,. Because I work from home and I'm about to start online classes. And like I have a budding
