Do You Do Easy Runs?
Most of my steady running will be ino, four, ten to four, 30 per kilometer pace. I've eliminated easy runs from my programm because i just didn't really see the value in it given how much other training i'm doing in the pool and on the black. For triflets doing 20 hours plus a week of training, that there's much benefit to doing recovery runs as such. If you want to recover, just don't runa now... for runners, certainly.
