Introduction

There is no new episode today unfortunately. I decided to record this as an audio message rather than just sort of posting about it or posting you know a text update on YouTube or Reddit or anchor or wherever. So in Austin, Texas over the past week we got hit with a winter storm and when it was first coming in around you know Monday nobody thought that it was going to be the level of disaster that it actually is. A ton of tree limbs snapped and this happened all over the city took out power lines took out a whole communications tower  and basically the result was I didn't have power for four days from Wednesday through Saturday.
