I think that especially in this country, we really struggle with a total unawareness of how food really affects our body. We are taught to think about having alcohol and the effects of that the next day,. But there's a complete lack of awareness of how food affects you later. Sometimes it takes just a week of healthy eating just to feel how your body feels. I think the bigger issue really is the mental health crisis. Coming out of the pandemic, people are isolated, they're disconnected from their friends and now obviously with social media and tech, like they're not even hanging out anymore.
