The Wizards' No Trade Clause
I don't have a good feel for how desperate the Wizards are to move him. But in theory, they shouldn't be that desperate because this isn't their fault. I think his plan all along was to stay in DC, get the $250 million and then end up on a contender. And I think that's where he wants to be starting in October. Maybe he calls the Wizards Bluff and is like, hey, I'm perfectly happy to play out the rest of my career and win 35 games this season.
