Mypase: Most of our emotions are susceptible to becoming mal adaptive. People will not respect a leader that gets super emotional about every decision, or shows a bunch of anger and loses his temper. If you don't have an emotional connection with your people, they're not going to do what they need to do when they see me as a cold blooded robot. Mypase: We can't go and n b super emotional human beings if we're tring to be in a leadership position.
