He joined the church because he joined the Air Force and there's a Nellis Air Force base, I believe is in Las Vegas. So they moved to Oregon after he kind of brought forth the idea of communal living. They were there from, I think, 84, you know, basically until it ended. But yeah, so we were in Oregon and my earliest memories are pretty terrible.
