When you're doing something that you don't want to be doing, it's like, what am i feeling that this action is trying to mitigate? So then the question is, what's, what am I feeling? Is it feari anxiety, stress, boredom, loneliness? And then you get better at recognizing your specific patterns. You know, one of my favorite little play on words is just to turn the word aie into the word rational lies. That always helps me start every time i'm rationalizing somethingw i'm sure there's millions of times whe idont even realize it but whenever i catch myself rationalizing something, i always try to break that down and say, hold
