How to Change the World of Communication
We connect to people by reading their faces. We need to present ourselves so people can actually see our faces. When you do turn video on, make sure you fill up about half the screen. Make sure you're well lit. Many people look like they're in the witness protection programme when they're on the call. Be audienc centric, be engaging, be concise and structured. All of that applies for speaking and writing as well. And i wonder is um, it's this whole virtu now, i don't want to get stuck on the virtual world permanently, but it is the world we live in.
