Is the Status Quo Embracing Innovation in Healthcare?

I'm just wondering, is a lot of this coming from outsiders who have seen a problem that because my experience is that an outsider has a problem, sees a problem. Is there more of an opening to this from people who are in healthcare, in position of the status quo? So I think both within health systems and the healthcare industry in general, there's really like two types of innovation. There's inside out and outside in.
