The Importance of Engagement in Research
The biggest difficulty is engagement especially we're talking about non-researchers earlier doing research they're the hardest people to engage in something like this so much. The thing that maybe should have been obvious but was a surprise to me was actually the biggest one which was I'm not a researcher I don't necessarily feel confident in my research. We found just recognizing it just literally calling it out and saying yeah you're probably going to feel a little bit exposed here maybe a bit vulnerable here that's okay that's normal actually that is enough surprisingly. There are definitely best practices and things that I've seen worked I've got a cheat sheet um which we can probably just google Ux sorry atomic
