Co-ops have woken up and realized that they are being left in the dust by super high-end condominiums where you just simply own your apartment outright. The first is a new O'Bears resort upstate, which is a sort of a working farm. Our Jim Gaddy went and reviewed it and said it's very luxurious. You can spend $1,000 a night to feed those chickens. Hannah Elliot flew into from LA to review the Chelsea Hotel, which has been resurrected.
