The Importance of Being Kind
The best thing we could do is be kind. It doesn't cost us anything. Be the person that goes up and says, how can I help? Because karma is a boomerang. If you had a billboard that one billion people were going to see, what would you write on? Our brains are wired to take us down really negative paths. No amount of therapy is going to undo that wiring.
