The Importance of Labeling Your UX Designer

UX is an enabler within a project to help collaboration team building. You need to have a label on your developers hoping to understand so you can get an idea of what to expect from you. I would have forced lots of people to go back to being called in interaction architects. Like all the different 10 labels I've had over the last 10 years, I'm changing it every year. Which I agree is not helpful at all for the clients. But it's helping me to identify myself. So it's really more ego based.
